- The numerous texts presented free at this site about interfaith marriages are specially relevant and useful for million people worldwide who have formed interfaith couples (whether couples or marriages) and their children, and their closer relatives (parents, brothers/sisters, uncles/aunts, nephews/nieces). After reading the texts being offered here, free, relatives with a psychological discriminatory attitude usually change it for another more willing to understand and accept their relative’s interfaith marriage, and all interfaith marriages in general.
- This site is also of special interest for those who, due to their job, are more responsible for promoting fight in society against discriminations: journalists, teachers, politicians, priests, rulers, intellectuals, etc.
- This site gives information about interfaith marriages’ problems and potentialities. This provides, both those who are already married, and couples before they get married, with important elements to evaluate better their particular situation, thus they can overcome prejudices which in many cases make them think that interfaith marriages have fewer or more problems than those they actually have (for instance: that all these couples are more likely to divorce, and that interfaith marriages’ children show identity problems to a greater extent than others are misconceptions). After reading the texts at this site some couples decide NOT to marry, others confirm their intention to marry. In order to move to a responsible decision, NON-fundamentalist religious leaders from other religions (Catholic priests, rabbis, etc.), suggest interfaith couples reading the texts at this site. Fundamentalist priests from all religions oppose in any case to interfaith marriages, discriminate existing ones and their children (the reasons for that behavior are analyzed in the texts at this site).
